Mission: Our mission is to develop holistically healthy, multi-ethnic congregations that identify with one another and with the Greater New York Conference, and work together to win souls and nurture mature disciples of Christ among the varied ethnic groups in our territory.

Steven Siciliano
Multi-Ethnic DirectorNative New Yorker who experienced a life-changing encounter with God at age nineteen while hiking in the Hudson Valley. Joined the Seventh-day Adventist Church two years later. Has worked in outreach ministry and studied in diverse locations including California state parks, San Francisco Bay Area, Bangkok Thailand, and Metro New York.
Holds BA from Weimar College (health and religion double-major), MDiv from Andrews University, and MA in Community Health Education from Adelphi University. Called "Pastor S" by members. Working in Greater New York Conference since June 2003. Married to Maria Elena Tablante Godoy, a renal dietitian-manager at NYU Langone.

Anthony Mazzella
Bible Worker, Teacher, Pastor, and CounselorNative Bronx resident serving Greater NY Conference since June 1984 in various multiethnic churches across three boroughs, Westchester, and Upstate. Married to Beverly since 1981 with two adult children and seven grandchildren. Undergraduate degrees in Music and Religion. Master's degrees from Andrews University and Yeshiva University.

Michelle Odinma
Associate Pastor, Church of the Advent HopeBackground in education. Lives passion for Jesus through teaching, preaching, and singing. Believes life is never dull "when you're surrounded by good food, good music, and good people."

Rodolfo A. Bautista, Jr
PastorThird-generation minister and grandson of Philippine Adventist Pioneer pastors. Served since 1995 in roles including ADRA-ACS Project Manager, college administrator, Bible professor, urban church planter, international evangelist, and conference Legal Affairs Director. Ministry motto: "broken and spilled out."

Victor Dyman
Pastor, Practical Theology InstructorBorn in Ukraine. Pastor's kid (P.K.). Married with two sons and two daughters. Education: B.Th., M.A. in Religion, M.Div., D.Min. Served as Bible worker and pastor in Southern Ukraine, pastor and instructor in Russia, and pastor in Michigan and GNY Conferences.

Paola Bechar
PastorPastored churches in Brazil, served as administrator in Senegal West Africa, and ministered in California and multi-ethnic ministries in New York. Married nearly 37 years. Adult children live in California.
